Happy Wednesday, my people! I got some great feedback on my last post (click here to see it) and I’m so happy to be back blogging on the regular (aka weekly). I’ve got another post for you, as promised: part 2 of my collaboration with Whyte Ave boutique Lucid Lifestyle. So, last week the weather in Edmonton was ON POINT…I mean, these photos were taken at 11am and it was already like 20 degrees Celsius…unfortunately it’s been FREEZING these past few days so this outfit may need a little more time to pass now to be suitable for the outdoors haha.
For this outfit, I decided to stick to neutrals and use some bright Jewel Sofia bracelets and my shoes to add a noticeable ‘pop’ of color. The white crop top is a thick-ish crewneck sweater kind of material so it’s great for spring. It actually comes with a matching white pencil skirt, but how many times have I worn a crop top and pencil skirt??!!! Answer: about a million. So, I paired it with these gorgeous pale pink high waisted shorts. The thing I love the most about these shorts is the scrunched up stretchy waist. I usually like a clean waist line on my bottoms, but these shorts are pretty plain so the scrunched waist band adds an interesting detail to them! Some bright red earrings to match my shoes would have completed this look, but I love the simplicity it emits altogether. Full outfit details below.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Stay tuned for next week when I post part 3! Take care.

I love how your shoes go with the table. Really clever!
Haha! Yeah, I saw the table and just knew it’d work. Thanks for checking out my post 🙂
